We never stand still at RINGANA. We are continuously analysing and permanently improving our processes so that we can offer you and our RINGANA customers an even better service on a lasting basis. Analysis of our Partner & Customer Service department has shown that our customers would also like to use the chat that’s available to Partners. That’s why, from 01.03., both our Partner Service and our Customer Service will be available via chat until 10 p.m. Please note, however, that during the early morning when the volume of calls is low, our service will start at 9 a.m. rather than 8 a.m.
We’re available from Monday to Friday on Austrian work days as follows:

Chat: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Opening hours of the ring(shop): 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
This change to our service times will not have any noticeable negative impact, but it’s guaranteed to offer customer service of even better quality.
We would further like to inform you that during the specified service times, our service will always be available in German and English. In most cases, we can also be contacted in the 9 other service languages offered. However, it will not always be possible to provide all languages at all times. Queries in certain languages may therefore take a little longer to process than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience. However, to compensate for that, as already mentioned, during our service times customers will also have unrestricted access to our live chat in German and English from 01.03. The following applies for both our customers and for you, our Partners: if the language DE or EN is selected on the homepage, the chat icon will appear at the bottom right of the page (please be patient, it might take a few seconds), and then you can start your live chat.
